We are not a staffing company and we are not a generalist outsourcing firm. The work we take on is the kind that requires understanding several layers of a system at once — where an AI problem turns out to be a data problem, a cost problem turns out to be a scheduling problem, or a reliability problem turns out to be an architecture problem.
We are technology-agnostic by preference. Languages, frameworks and cloud providers are choices to be made against a specific problem, not allegiances. We work with what a system already uses and recommend change only where it earns its cost.

That sequence is deliberate. Most engagements that go wrong went wrong at the first step — work started before anyone had established what the actual constraint was. We would rather spend a fortnight being certain than a quarter being fast.
On client work
The experience behind this practice includes complex, high-scale transaction systems and infrastructure environments. Those engagements are confidential, and we do not publish client names, logos or case studies without permission. Credibility here is meant to come from technical depth, not from a wall of logos.
